Build a trusted network of data users and owners, creating standards, models and incentives for data sharing, making it easier to access data, while protecting privacy and keeping data secure.

TO GENERATE ENHANCED INSIGHTS FROM DATA
Push new data science boundaries by building cross-sector data collaboratives around priority problems and fostering rapid experimentation on how we better use and combine data to extract more meaningful insights.
INVEST IN TOOLS AND PLATFORMS
TO PUT ENHANCED INSIGHTS TO USE
Invest in the development, testing and scale of the most promising data collection tools and common platforms that integrate cutting-edge analytics and ensure they are designed to be used by those in a position to take action.
We can't stop what we can't see. It's time to move our outbreak analytics into the 21st Century.
